Reservation & Cancellation Policy
It is our policy to take a deposit on each site or cabin when a reservation is made. The deposit is equal to one night on a site or cabin. On stays of 6 or more nights, a 3-day deposit is required. Deposits can be made by credit card, check, or cash. If paying by check, we must recieve it within 10 days. If we don't recieve it, the reservation will be taken out of the computer and cancelled. If you need to cancel a reservation, it must be 7 days or more in advance in order to get the deposit refunded. Credit cards will be credited or checks issued less a $2 service charge. You may apply the deposit to a future reservation without service charge. There is no refund for early departure. On arrival, the number of nights reserved will be paid in full. If you know 7 days or more in advance that you will not be staying for the full reservation, call and you will not be charged for early departure.Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
